The beauty in watercolor rests as much in its ability to thwart our control as the natural world’s around us. Whether we carefully manage the paint or allow it to do as it pleases, watercolor allows us to embrace the natural instincts of the pigments themselves to create art that is truly unique. Perfect for beginners and beyond, we will cover the basics of brushes, paper, and paint; techniques ranging from wet-on-wet to drybrushing; additives for special effects; and more. We will create our own nature-inspired watercolor pieces to take home and proudly display. All supplies included.
