Jennifer Bullard (Jenny) was born into the world of art. With both parents being award-winning and very successful artists, she grew up attending art fairs and museums. Her father was also a Naval aviator, so Jenny was exposed to the arts from the west coast to the east coast. Although never had the desire to paint herself, she always had a creative spirit and didn’t pick up a paint brush until she was in her 50’s.

Jenny’s expressionistic work reflects her spirit of exploration and enthusiasm for diversified subject matter. Her choice of medium is acrylic and loves to experiment with texture, shapes and colors.

She is known for her random markings which were inspired by artists Cy Twombley and Lola Donahue. “I want my art to be uplifting and to convey, in abstract form, the joy I feel in painting and creating.”

Jenny has received numerous awards for her art. Her pieces have been purchased by collectors across the country and are currently exhibited in the Vail Art Gallery in Vail Village, CO.

When not traveling across the country exhibiting at art shows, Jenny is working in her studio, based in Oklahoma City. She and her husband have four adult children and seven grandkids. They are currently raising their 2-year-old granddaughter, who brings nothing but joy and inspiration.
