What happens when ice cream meets root beer? Become a food scientist as we explore solids, liquids, gases, and bubbles before creating the ultimate root beer float! 

Kids Will: 

 Make a delicious root beer float 

 Explore the three states of matter 

 Learn why root beer is called “root” beer 

 Perform fun science experiments 

It’s chemistry you can eat!
