Get ready for an exciting array of events in the garden this April! Whether you’re a nature enthusiast, a fitness aficionado, or looking for fun activities for the whole family, we have something for everyone. From the Plant-a-Prairie Online Sale to the Solar Eclipse Watch Event and Full Moon Bike Rides, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with nature and enjoy the outdoors. Plus, don’t miss out on our diverse range of classes for both adults and youth, covering topics from salad bowl gardens to botanical candle pouring. And for those interested in staying active, take advantage of our free fitness sessions including yoga and sound baths. And don’t forget the blooms and trees are coming back. Plant-a-Prairie Online Sale

Our packages offer landscape plugs in quantities of 5 and 10, measuring 2″ x 5″ deep. Groups of 8 are available in the size of 2.22″ x 4″.

Solar Eclipse Watch Event
Monday, April 8, 12-2pm
Devon Lawn

Join us on Devon Lawn to watch the eclipse! From 12pm to 2pm, join us for lunch and a prime place to see the eclipse. Though not in the path of totality, OKC will be able to see 93.9% coverage at 1:45pm. Dean McGee Eye Institute has donated free solar glasses to the first 500 attendees. Enjoy food from Wondervan Pops and Wicked Hangry. Let’s gather together to marvel at the wonders of the universe.

Full Moon Bike Rides RETURN
April 23, leaves 8pm
Meet at Seasonal Plaza

Bring your bike (s) and join us for this month’s 6- to 8-mile leisurely one-hour ride. Steve Schlegel of Schlegel Inspections develops the route and announces before departure. Lights and helmets are needed. There will be T-shirts and water bottles for sale. A $5 donation is suggested. Check bike rental options from Spokies. Get the season’s dates here.
