Herbs have been a cultural staple for thousands of years of human history, with the formal herb garden tied back to medieval times as a cornerstone of horticultural progression. Medicinal, culinary, or ornamental, herbs have run the gamut of utility and remain an ever-popular garden piece today. Whether you have a windowsill, pots, a raised bed, or something else, you can start an herb garden. Join us in learning the ins and outs of how, why, where, and when; what herbs do best in our climate; and strategies to make your herb garden a winner for the growing season.
