Pounded flower art is created by hammering floral and botanical elements to transfer the natural dye from within to a natural surface such as cotton paper or linen while retaining the shape of the florals. Learn this unique art technique while indulging yourself in a little bit of ‘stress relieving’ fun as we experiment, discuss the best types of flowers to use, additional techniques to enhance your art, and more. Each guest will create a set of homemade cards perfect for preserving and honoring the beauty of our emerging flowers.
